Come “Bowling” with Reverend Jymme as she plays the crystal bowls and leads the participants in meditation. Crystal bowl sounds can help you avoid the continued temptation to listen to your inner dialogue, sometimes silencing it completely and allowing you to deepen the experience. The Meditation will be Wednesdays @ 4:00pm
